One of the first dental associations to leverage AI to improve and expedite the publication process (using ChatGPT, Claude, and Adobe Firefly to create articles, create illustrations/pictures, and edit the journal).
Presented the 2014 AzDA President’s Award for innovation in marketing and video (only three other staff have earned it in 100+ years).
Raised AzDA’s Mailchimp email marketing open rates from 12% in 2019 to 45-55% in 2025 (and that's among member and even non-member dentists).
Reduced production design time of monthly publication from two weeks (my predecessor) down to just four days.
During COVID, voluntarily took over business development, achieving a 140% YTD net income increase over the full-time manager’s 2019 numbers.
Led department turnaround at Cornerstone Church, resulting in a 40% increase in production and zero staff turnover during tenure (staff turnover was a big problem).
